    Whole Park Rules

    • No jewellery, phones or other objects (keys, wallet, coins etc.)
    • No food or drink to be taken onto the Trampoline Arena
    • No shoes (Flip Out grip socks must be worn)
    • No climbing on walls, padding or fencing
    • No wrestling or rough play
    • Only two footed bouncing
    • No swearing, abusive language or threatening behavior
    • No double bouncing (bouncing someone higher)
    • Smaller kids have right of way
    • No triple front or triple back flips
    • By entering this centre you authorise Flip Out to use all photos taken within the centre to be used for promotional purposes.

    Disclaimer. Trampolines are dangerous and you enter at your own risk. All people under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult or guardian. Flip Out Munno Para takes no responsibility for injuries caused within the centre.

    • Never stop by landing on padding, this can cause injury

    • No double bouncing
    • No diving head first into foam pit
    • Do not climb the padding
    • Please attempt to land in the foam pit on your back or seated position
    • Never stop by landing on padding, this can cause injury
    • Must be under 130cm

  • Connector.

    Ninja Course Rules

    • Use the course at your own risk, it can be tough on your hands and upper body
    • You must always listen to the crew members instructions
    • 1 person per obstacle at a time
    • Always climb on the equipment appropriately and in a controlled manner
    • Only use obstacles within your ability
    • If you fall please attempt to land in the foam pit in a seated position
    • If you fall off you must move to the next obstacle
    • Always exit the foam pit as quickly as possible after you land
    • You must not climb on the metal framework. Please stick to the obstacles

    Parkour Rules

    • Use the course at your own risk. It can be rough on your legs
    • You must always listen to the crew members instructions
    • No climbing up trampolines
    • Must be 10+ years of age
    • Only jump to your ability
    • Look before you jump off boxes
    • Never stop by landing on padding, this can cause injury

    Foam Pit Rules

    • No triple twists or back flips
    • No diving head first
    • Please attempt to land in the foam pit on your back or seated position
    • Never attempt skills beyond your ability

    Dodgeball Rules

    • Max 6 players per team
    • Each team begins the game with an even amount of balls
    • You are out if you are hit, your ball is caught, or you cross the center line
    • No shots to the head or any un-sportsman like conduct
    • Do not kick the dodgeballs
    • No flips in the dodgeball area
    • One person per trampoline
    • Always land on two feet with flexed knees

    • No hanging from the rim or backboard
    • Only one person at a time on each lane
    • Always land on two feet, with flexed knees
    • Never stop by landing on padding, this can cause injury

    • Never attempt any skills beyond your ability
